Principles & Ethics

Strategic Consulting for Leadership in Uncertainty

We believe in financial transparency and responsibility. Additionally, when you support our work, you directly contribute to delivering shared value and become part of a shared effort : revenue generated through these programs and advisory work is ethically allocated to support long-term resilience and regenerative transition.

We pay ourselves a modest salary that allows us to continue this work and support our families. We deliberately choose not to direct this revenue to accumulate personal wealth, so that the majority of funds support mission-aligned initiatives. Our priority is to ensure that as much funding as possible is directed toward meaningful impact.

We support living labs: real-world experiments in regenerative agriculture, community resilience, land-based learning, and decentralized lifeboat infrastructure.

Funds are also used to create access pathways (such as scholarships and micro-grants) for those doing crucial but under-resourced work in collapse preparation and regenerative practice.

Our principles and commitments are:

Responsibility

Stewardship

Coherence

Service to the Commons

This work is grounded in a deeper logic: we don’t extract from a collapsing world, we contribute to what can endure.
